For organizations

Movement literacy, built for how your people actually work

Education, not a wellness perk.

Hybrid schedules, return-to-office friction and always-on culture have left teams physically depleted in ways engagement surveys don't capture. What's missing isn't access to movement — it's movement literacy: the ability to read what stress, sitting and pressure are doing to the body, and what to do about it.

Start a conversation

Defining a category, not entering one

Thailand's corporate wellness market is forecast to grow from roughly USD 115m in 2026 to USD 135m by 2031 — contested by gyms, insurers, clinics and app subscriptions that sell facilities or access. A review of the Bangkok market found no provider selling movement education to organisations. MOVA is not entering a crowded category. It is defining one.

Education, not entertainment

Every engagement is built on the same three lenses as our private practice — posture-based programming, scoliosis-informed work, and pregnancy/postpartum movement. Applied to a corporate setting, this becomes a language for talking honestly about bodies at work, without slipping into fitness-perk clichés or performative wellness.

Four ways to work with MOVA

Each service line can stand alone or combine into a longer partnership. All are designed and delivered by MOVA's founder, so scope is curated rather than templated.

Culture Experience Design

For leadership and culture teams building something that lasts.

A bespoke movement experience designed around your culture goals — an offsite centrepiece, a milestone event, or a recurring signature experience. Discovery with stakeholders, fully custom design and run-of-show, and on-site facilitation.

Manager Resilience Programme

For the people managing everyone else's pressure.

A structured programme for managers carrying compounding stress. Builds a practical, physical vocabulary for resilience they can model downward — a single workshop or short series, posture and stress-pattern education for desk- and meeting-heavy roles, and a take-home practice framework.

Women's Retention Workshop

For organizations serious about why women actually leave.

A workshop addressing the physical and psychological load women carry through career stages — pregnancy, postpartum return, and the invisible toll of sustained pressure — as a genuine retention lever, not a token women's-day event. Grounded in MOVA's pregnancy/postpartum specialism, with space for honest conversation and optional pairing with HR/DEI work already underway.

Offsite & Retreat Architecture

For teams who want movement built into the whole event, not bolted on.

End-to-end design of the movement component of an offsite or retreat — from a single morning session to the physical architecture of a multi-day programme, coordinated with venue, catering and event partners.

Two budgets, not one

Learning & development / people budgets

For the Manager Resilience Programme and Women's Retention Workshop, where the outcome is capability and retention.

CSR and community budgets

Where a MOVA programme sits alongside existing commitments to women's health and wellbeing. Global brands including lululemon and Ford already fund such work in Thailand through local partners; the same budgets are reachable.

Considered, not templated

MOVA is a founder-led practice, not a wellness vendor with a roster of interchangeable instructors. Every engagement is designed by the person who built the specialisms underneath it — so your team gets a genuine point of view, not a generic session with MOVA's name on it.

How we show it worked

Corporate wellbeing spend fails when nobody can point at a result. Every engagement includes measurement agreed before it begins:

  • Pre- and post-engagement self-report on physical strain, tension and confidence, using a short instrument we provide.
  • Participation and repeat-attendance rates across a multi-session programme.
  • For the Women's Retention Workshop: a structured, anonymised summary of what participants raised — often the most valuable single output for an HR team.
  • A written debrief to the sponsoring stakeholder within ten working days.

Getting started

  1. A short discovery call to understand your team, timeline and goals.
  2. A tailored proposal naming the right service line, format and investment.
  3. A confirmed date, a design process, and an agreed measure of success.
